Even CNN Admits - Trump Is Draining The Swamp

President Elect Trump has been more presidential, since the 2016 election (less than 2 months time as I type), than President Obama has been in almost 8 years in office! Keeping companies and jobs here in the USA, bringing jobs back to the USA, coming up with a plan to lower taxes, standing strong with our ally Israel and now this - standing tall for ethics in Congress by helping to force congress into dropping its plan to gut an independent ethics committee.

According to CNN: "President-elect Donald Trump dramatically strong-armed House Republicans into line Tuesday in his first Washington power play, after they voted to gut an ethics watchdog in a manner that undercut his vow to drain the establishment "swamp.""  CNN also had this to say: "The swift developments were a first sign of how Trump plans to govern and wield the power of his presidency -- and his Twitter account -- to bend Washington to his will and an early indication of the new power dynamic between Congress and the White House." More here.

We truly could be in for a long overdue breath of fresh air in Washington, DC. Way to go Mr. Soon To Be President of these United States of America. Somehow, even though this shows Trump standing for ethics in politics, I bet the #not-my-president types (leftist whiners and miscreants) will find fault with this latest development and hate The Donald even more than before because of it. Regardless of what they moan and groan about next, on January 20th, Donald Trump will become #my president and most definitely the president of every U.S. citizen and legal resident alien of the USA. I look forward to it.

Glenn B

Mr. President - You Got That Ass Backwards

When you vote, as an illegal alien, you are not suddenly a citizen! Yet, you said when you vote you are a citizen! The right thing to have answered was that only U.S. citizens can vote in the upcoming election and for an illegal, or even a legal, alien to do so in our elections would be a criminal act. The fact is that when you are a citizen is when you can vote, aliens cannot legally vote in our federal elections. That would have been the right thing to say along with telling the interviewer, who claims to be an illegal alien, that it would be a heinous and criminal act to vote when not a citizen and that it would be dealt with appropriately.

Let's face it, let no one make any mistake about your answer and its obvious intent - you were evidently encouraging an illegal act relative to one of our most cherished rights and important responsibilities - the act of a citizen casting his or her vote during an election. There can be absolutely no mistake as to what the woman asked you. She asked you if she, as an illegal alien, votes - will Immigration come looking for her.

It seems to me that you then gave an answer that in every conceivable way goes to encourage illegal aliens to illegally vote in Tuesday's election. You have apparently encouraged an illegal act and you are the president of the nation against which that crime would be committed. You sir, in my opinion, are worthy of only one thing - immediate impeachment.

Vote Trump,

When Will The Federal Civil Rights Violation Investigations...

...be ordered, by President Obama, to commence against Shannon J. Miles for the murder of Sherrif's officer Darren Goforth and against Vester Flanagan for his killing of two reporters and his wounding a third victim. Let's face it folks, unless the political heat is raised to broil, maybe by white folks rioting in the streets nationwide or if it looks as if opening an investigation will negatively effect democrats running for the presidency, the lame duck-in-chief is not about to order any such investigations. Why not? Let's face it, racism comes in all colors! In addition to that, he certainly is not pro law enforcement.

Of course, instead of blaming these incidents on the people who carried them out, at least one of whose motives evidently was racism, Obama has decided to blame it on guns so far. Funny how when a black man gets killed by a white man, he blames it on racism without even knowing if the shooting was justified or not but when it's the other way around racially he blames it on guns.

Obama The Big Fail

Obama is, I think, a failure at most things he has meddled in including his stint as president. Apparently Thomas Sowell agrees with that but he puts it much better than I ever could put it here.

Why Does Even A Single Public Health Clinic Remain...

...open within the United States of America? Think about that. We now have Obamacare, aka: the Affordable Health Care Act, in full force. Every American citizen (with few exceptions like the president and Congress) and every legal resident alien within our borders is supposed to have health insurance - in fact is legally bound to have it. So why in Hades are we the tax payers still paying to maintain the facilities, pay salaries for the doctors, nurses and for other medical, administrative, and maintenance personnel who work in them or run them and pay for drugs and other medical equipment and supplies for them? If we still want to hand out free condoms, let's just open some street corner stands and kiosks at malls to get that job done and hire some crack whores to man them to dispense the government approved rubbers.

The whole idea of maintaining and paying for a very expensive public health care system is not only the antithesis of Obummercare, it is or should be abhorrent to the taxpayer. It is also unethical now that we have the Messiah's health care plan in full effect and may be criminal. The bottom line is that when a public health care clinic now gives free medical exams, treatments or advice to patients, who are not covered by a health insurance plan, they are in fact facilitating people breaking the law by making it easy for them to get medical treatment (and thus giving incentive to folks who refuse to sign up for Obummercare) even though they effuse to sign up for an insurance plan. The only way anyone in this country, except a visiting foreigner (or a member of Congress - remember they excluded themselves) should be getting health care should be through their insurance plan. Foreigner's should be getting it through whatever insurance they had at home. Illegal aliens should not be here in the first place so screw them, they should go to their home countries for health care.

We, as in We The People, really need to start inquiring about why public health care systems still exist and about what our legislators and other elected officials plan to do to close them down without delay. All the money we save can help defray the average tax paying citizen's (or resident alien's) cost for health insurance.

Secret Service Security Lapses For Obama - Do Ya Thinks It's All GWB's Fault

Obama has blamed George W. Bush for so many faults of the Obama Administration then why not also for the latest reported lapse of his own presidential security details when an armed convicted felon rode in the same elevator with him recently at the CDC.

Yep, let's blame Bush. I mean why not look at it this way: George W. Bush and his wife Laura were usually, if not always, very nice and respectful toward Secret Service Agents (just as they were to other government employees and maybe a bit more to Secret Service personnel because they realized they owed their safety to them). The Secret Service Agents got used to that respectful and courteous treatment they received during the 8 years course of GWB's presidential term. Then Obama came into office and I am thinking maybe he and his wife were, quite frankly, the typical less than respectful leftist-libturd -president-wife team.

Due to his upbringing, apparent totally spoiled and seemingly disrespectful un-American personality, is he totally incapable of showing anything near the level of respect and common courtesy to the Secret Service Agents that the Bush's had shown them. (I would guess he has showed them no such respect.) In addition as it turns out, Obama seemingly and continually has proven himself as having less than the usual amount of patriotic fervor of past presidents, and to me it seems maybe even less than some traitors, and evidently much less than the same feeling of owing anything to federal agents. In other words, he possibly is simply incapable of stirring any sense of duty or loyalty within the hearts of the men and women who are charged to protect him as our president. Chances are that he in fact does just the exact opposite and foments an atmosphere of indifference or possibly one of even outright disrespect and resentment that leads to, shall I say, inattentiveness to duty on their part where his safety is concerned. I do not advocate it, but I think it may well be what is happening.

Yes, that must all be George W. Bush's fault for treating those Secret Service Agents so well in the first place and showing them respect and common courtesy thus making it tough for Obama because he seems absolutely inept in that same department. Instead, is it possible that Obama shows sheer and utter disrespect for his office, our country, its military, its agents and most of its laws. Examples abound, at least as I see it, for instance: failure to salute the flag during the national Anthem, Operation Fast & Furious, the IRS scandal, his apologies to the world for America doing the right thing, Benghazi and his failure to support U.S. personnel,
his coffee cup salutes to Marine guards, agents shot and killed by guns supplied by Obama's administration, his incessant claims he was unaware of what was going on, his golf outings at times of crisis, and the list goes on and on and on.  One would think all those things might be enough to make a Secret Service Agent (or any government agent or military personnel) almost hope that Obama wasn't his boss or that maybe he would resign and leave office early. Get the picture Mr. President - maybe they just don't give a shit about you because maybe they think you are the biggest piece of shit they have ever seen. Again, I am just pointing out a possibility - not advocating for it.

Anyway, why not just blame it all on George W. Bush for spoiling those agents by having had the good manners, common sense, patriotism, loyalty, integrity and whatever else it is you don't seem capable of having.

Glenn B

Cash For Clunkers Another Obama Adminsitraton Induced Panic This One Trying To Cloud The Issue Of Health Care Reform

The Following Is My Personal Opinion And Is Stated With All Due Respect To The Obama Administration:

Yeah, that's right people are once again being rewarded by the Obama Administration for doing wrong. First it was the banks, insurance companies and mortgage companies, then it was the automobile makers, now it is the people who for at least the past year have owned gas guzzling automobiles. Yes folks - the requirements of the official government program know as
The CAR Allowance Rebate System (CARS), a brainfart-child of the Obama Administration alone, mandates that in order for someone to qualify for this latest handout - they have had to have owned a gas guzzler for at least a year. Imagine the audacity of a program like this, or more so the audacity of the administration that created and pushed it down our throats. They have put aside billions - YES BILLIONS - of dollars to give to people who have owned gas guzzlers for the past year. Do you understand what that means?

That means that last year when gasoline was going for over $4.00, almost $5.00, a gallon - these assholes automobile owners were thumbing their noses at the rest of us and driving around using as much gas as they could and keeping the prices going up. They did not care about the price then for the most part. They snubbed their noses at us. (please bear in mind that many Americans have a need for a larger vehicle, or a more powerful one, and by that I mean a legitimate need. Then again who needs a Hummer in New York City - not much rough terrain to climb or fordable rivers to cross with it; and who needs a pick-up truck with a rear 4 wheel axle in Boston other than maybe someone in the hauling business, and who needs something like a muscle car - you get the picture. The jerks I am talking about are the arrogant SOBs who don't give a rats ass about anything except themselves and how much fun they can have at out expense. This goes across all political ideologies and is not limited to any single political, religious, ethnic, racial or gender group. So if you really needed a vehicle that was not all that great on gas, I am not talking about you - so please don't get your undies in a wad.)

As for the jerks, we thought then they got what they deserved; didn't we! They did not sell em because when they tried they could not sell em. Why? Because the rest of us were too smart and to conscious about conserving our resources to go for a gas hog at any price - no matter how cheap. Now though, our president and congresspeople, in their infinite lack of wisdom, have decided to give them up to $4,500 to buy new cars if they turn in there old ones; those same old ones that no one in their right minds would buy from them because they use too much gas. First they squandered our resources and their money and kept doing so by not outright junking those gas guzzling Godzillas and now President Obama and his cronies are rewarding them for their lack of judgement and outright foolishness. They would have been better off just banning any vehicle that did not achieve a certain number of miles per gallon instead of paying/rewarding people for their mistakes.

It also means something else. It means that the Obama Administration has started a cleverly timed panic among the population, or should I say a frenzy, over the CARS program. Why cleverly timed? Well, because it is distracting us from the whole issue of the Health care reform Bill and the fact that the liberals in Congress and the Presidential Administration are trying to push it through in a manner unprecedented in our nation's history. Congress is never in session in August folks except maybe due to national emergency like war. Yet Congress remains in session right now, and ultra liberal congresspeople keep screaming we need to pass health care reform fast - or else! Or else what??????? Or else they might have to read the actual bill, or else some of you may read, or else people may realize it is one of the worst pieces of legislation to come down the pike in a century, or else we may vote it down and save ourselves trillions of dollars and still have the best health care in the world barr none.

What have we done, or should I say what have you done? This is what some of you, the majority of you, elected into office and I can say that without a shred of doubt because I certainly did not vote for him. I would not vote for him back then, and I hope you have realized by now that your vote for him was a mistake. Maybe by next time around you will have realized that you need to vote for someone else, for something else, for a different party, for a different ideology, maybe next time you will vote after having given it some rational thought and using some logic. Community Organizer indeed. We sure aren't seeing much organization now - are we? What we are seeing is a panic driving administration of government - a panic not in government but a panic that government hopes to instill in us. This cash for gas guzzling cars thing has to be done - it will stop the all powerful and all evil environmental change (note they don't say global warming anymore because the globe is not warming after all). Do it now without regard for the consequences. One of the consequences has just been realized to be that the destruction of the engines of the traded in gas guzzlers may in fact cause as much or more pollution as running them. It is much the same with the whole health care issue. How many in Congress or even the president himself have read the actual bill in its entirety. I hear them say it has to be done, it has to be right away, it has to be quick, yet it has dragged out long enough for anyone to have read the whole health care bill at least once forwards and backwards. Yet they keep insisting it has to be done without delay. The same was true of what they said the bailouts of the auto industry and of the mortgage industry and of the insurance industry and of the financial industry. Funny though that each time none of these bills passed right away as they said needed to be done. in other words the politicians had time to actually think about what they were doing yet all they did was caused a panic by insisting it had to be done or we were doomed. Now they have done it with cash for clunkers, and they still want to do it with the health care system. If health care goes through the way Obama wants it - we are doomed to becoming a third world socialist nation.

You think about it if you have not already. Heck you have had enough time to think about it now for weeks. Write, email and call your politicians and tell them to stop CARS and tell them to vote down the health care reform bill. Now, without me trying to induce a panic, let me say there is some urgency to when you take action if only because they are trying to hoodwink you in the panic of the moment. If you hesitate to voice your opposition to the terrible piece of legislation known as the health care reform bill it may be passed before a week is over. Bear in mind that Nancy Pelosi asked for Congress to remain in session instead of taking August off as has been done since our capital has been Washington, DC. Why - because in the wink of a politicians eyes and the flash of one of those hypocrites' smiles the bill can be passed - but we will be paying for it for the rest of our lives. You, like they, have had weeks to think about it and read the bill - now you finally need to act. If you want to read it though, go here: http://energycommerce.house.gov/Press_111/20090714/aahca.pdf, but read quickly because they are trying to get it passed us before we can do anything about it.

Stop watching the sideshow of Cash For Clunkers, Stop paying attention to the smiles, the winks, the whining, the cajoling, the philandering of the politicians - stop and actually do something and voice your opposition to this before it is too late. Am I trying to induce panic - no I am not; although I am hoping to merely get you to take long overdue action to prevent bad legislation from screwing us once again. By now you would think we would have learned - we have had more than enough time to realize that this health care reform bill is bad medicine for all of us.

Glenn B

Is He Kidding Or Just Out Of his Mind

Now here I go, getting political, and giving my opinion again, after I just said there would be a lack of it from me. What can I say: it's 5:57 Am, I am sitting here, was just reading the news, and read this:

"The anger is getting raw at Republican rallies and John McCain is acting to tamp it down. McCain was booed by his own supporters Friday when, in an abrupt switch from raising questions about Barack Obama's character, he described the Democrat as a "decent person and a person that you do not have to be scared of as president of the United States.""

See this for more:

http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/10/11/mccain-booed-calling-obama-decent-person/

You probably can see how it got my blood to boiling, and my fingers to typing.

What in Hades is wrong with McCain. Does he really think that Obama is a good person, or is he out of his mind? Either way: Is McCain going to vote for Obama? It sure sounds like he will vote for him; and he has done all but tell us we should vote for him. I think otherwise though. Obama is less than a stellar American as I see him, heck as most Republicans and many Independents and some Democrats see him. Yet McCain basically abdicates any claim to even being a viable candidate with idiocy like that statement. I would say God damn it if I was a religious man, but for now I'll just say Holy Horse Poop Batman, what kind of shit is this?

I am beginning to think that McCain may be suffering from some form of early and mild dementia. He makes absolutely no sense when he says stuff like that at one moment and attacks Obama at another, unless of course his views are much more in line with Obama's than would his campaign have us believe. Remember he is not the candidate of choice for many Republicans, especially those of a conservative lean. He is the candidate with whom we got stuck after one hell of a convoluted primary. He is the so called Maverick. He allied himself with Kennedy and Feingold - so maybe it is just natural, for him, to do so with Obama. What will McCain do if elected, will he make Obama is co-president, or his closest advisor?

Hell - maybe I am not so sure for whom I will vote on November 4th. I know it will not be Obama, but if McCain keeps spitting out crap like that, well I may have to vote for Bob Barr. McCain is really becoming scary in how much he wants to bend over and be the ass kisser of all Americans. It just ain't gonna happen that he can appease everyone, and it is about time he either realizes that or starts taking psychotropic meds.

All the best,
Glenn B

I Have Got To Hand It To Obama...

No, not my vote, nor my confidence that he would make a good president (or even a passable one), but rather that he has got chutzpah. He certainly faces up to the Clinton Machine (yes the Clintons are just what they claim they are against, that so called big whatever-wing conspiracy at least when it comes to Obama). I thought it pretty amusing and rather arrogant of the old battle ax the democratic candidate currently number 2 in the running to have repeatedly made the claim (or was it an offer) that Obama would make a fine vice president as her running mate.

It was also pretty hypocritical. Here are the Clintons saying that Obama is way too inexperienced to become president, so where do they want to put him now - in the vice presidency. I seem to remember Bill Clinton once having blathered on about how a vice president has to be "ready" to take over the presidency in the event of emergency. So what the Clintons are telling us now is that Barack Obama, whom they do not believe would make a good president (witnessed by their repeated and heated attacks on him) would make a great vice president, and that his being vice president would somehow, magically I suppose, make him ready to take over the presidency in the event of an emergency. Are you following that. Well if not it does not matter, because Mr. Obama had the right answer for both of the Clintons, and the thing of it is that his words will hopefully have put an end to those ridiculous offers to him by the Clintons, and maybe even put an end to Mrs. Clinton's chances to win the nomination. Here is, according to an article, at http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/03/11/mississippi-democrats-head-to-polls-with-obama-riding-high/what he had to say about it:

“I don’t know how somebody who is in second place is offering the vice presidency to the person who is first place,... I am not running for vice president. I am running for president of the United States of America.”

Now Carl Rove came out and said that Obama should never had said this, and that this will hurt him politically. According to Rove, Obama should have let an underling say this. I beg to differ. The good old knockout punch should come from the man in the ring, not from one of his trainers or sparring partners. If this man makes it into the White House, I think it will not be as vice president but believe, as scary as is the prospect, that it will be as president. As for myself, I see not other choice for myself than to vote for McCain, but I guess that is a whole other story in itself.

All the best,
Glenn B

I Have Only One Choice...

...for whom to vote in the upcoming presidential elections as I see it. Look at the video that Rita at the JungleHut had imbedded in her blog:

If nothing else, John McCain will be a leader seeking to secure and strengthen our great nation for all Americans. Clinton or Obama will be little more than weak kneed wanna-be tyrants who want to tax the wealthier amongst us in order to elevate the poor economically, while at the same time deescalating the wealthier so the poor through the rich all arrive at a level of equality economically regardless of effort. Thus the only difference being that the middle class and the rich have worked for what they will have, and the utterly poor on welfare, and other low lives, who are unwilling to work will have gotten a free ride. That is not what freedom is all about, not what capitalism is about, not what America is about. It is what socialism and communism are about. I prefer a society in which one makes it as best he can based upon amenability to become a good citizen, willingness to fit in, willingness to start at the bottom and work your way up and so forth. I do not believe that anyone has an entitlement to what I have worked to establish you are entitled to what you have made for yourself - anything else is a handout. Not that handouts are not good or required in some instances, just that entitlements should jot be the driving force of a nation. Any nation that has tried likewise in the past has always failed miserably. I plan to help re-defeat communism and socialism in 2008 by voting McCain.

Glenn B

Primary results so far????????

The Republican Primaries are basically over. Huckabee has done the right thing and finally conceded. McCain is the man.

As for the Demoncrats, their primary results as reported by the media are truly mumbo-jumbo to me:

They say it is too close to call in Ohio. I beg to differ, but what do I know.

Ohio
Democrats
Precincts Reporting: 52%

Candidate
Hillary Clinton
653,379
58.35%

Barack Obama
466,450
41.65%

Who is kidding whom that the Ohio race is too close to call at 1055 EST when I retrieved this from Fox News! With over 52% of the vote in, and with Clinton beating Obama by 58 to about 42% of the vote, is it really too hard to call? I just do not get that at all, looks like a slam dunk to me for Clinton.

As for Texas, that is another story, and it is readily apparent, as I write, as to why it is too close to call:

Texas
Democrats

Precincts Reporting: 25%

Candidate
Barack Obama
711,759
50.02%

Hillary Clinton
711,183
49.98%

Wow, that is a close one, but only 25% of precincts reporting so far. Time will tell if a head will be lopped off tonight leaving but one Demoncrat in the running.

Is It Possible We Can Finally Get Rid Of One Of Them Today?

Yeah you guessed it, I mean either Hillary Rodham-Clinton, or Barack Hussein Obama in the Democratic Primaries. It would be wonderful to finally be rid of at least the incessant ultra liberal blabbering, the face raking remarks, and the back stabbing innuendo that goes on between the two of them. I for one am sick of it, and I would be willing to bet that even a lot of those who might actually vote for one of these possible candidates is probably as sick of them as am I.

Hopefully one of them will deal a slashing death blow to the other today - politically of course not literally - and come away the winner with the other's head in his or her hands.

Then all we have to listen too is McCain debate the winner (yeah maybe a little more of Huckabee but no one is really giving him any air time and he is nowhere nearly as annoying as the two dems.) Of course I am no big fan of McCain, but if it comes down to just him and the one pick of the dems, we will at least get to hear something a bit on the conservative and sensible side.

All the best,
Glenn B
