I Hope You Took The Time...

 ...to remember 9/11, or if too young to have lived through it or to remember it, that you took some time to learn about it today. Today is a sacred day to memorialize the 2,977 people who lost their lives that day, excluding the 19 heinous terrorist scum who killed them. 

 

I can only speak for myself. I remembered and today, 25 years later, I cried for them because I remembered them, and recalled how it was before, on and after that day in America. I prayed for them too and prayed for all of us who are legally within this great nation.

The Holdout Juror Reportedly Identified...

...only a few days after the mistrial was declared and after the same amount of days after the judge mandated that the identities of the jurors could not be divulged. That restriction was to last for two weeks, as I understand. I recall as a safety measure. According to a report at Fox news: "NBC10 Boston reported it attempted to contact the juror identified by the others as the holdout but had not received a response."

Get that "...identified by the others...". (Source:  https://www.foxnews.com/us/lindsay-clancy-juror-admitted-reasonable-doubt-still-refused-insanity-verdict-foreperson-says). If that is true, I imagine they can be prosecuted. If the hold out juror comes to harm because they ID'd him, they may be will be prosecuted and sued.
