I Supopose He Will Get Beatings & Forced Sexual Encounters...

...on an almost daily basis. I am referring to the Parkland School shooter whose jury today recommended he should receive a sentence of life with parole instead of the death penalty. More at the source. Hopefully, Nicolas Cruz's life sentence will amount to hell on earth 34 (reportedly the number of his victims) times over each day for the duration of his sentence.

It is almost unfathomable that he was not given the death sentence, at least I cannot grasp the why of it except maybe that the jurors were pussified or woke (was that redundant). He reportedly: secured the weapon a year ahead of time, then he planned the shooting for a long time and did so seriously for 7 months beforehand picking the day (Valentine's Day), researching prior mass shooters, selecting the location and in all the time he planned it - he evidently planned to kill. Once the shooting began, he reportedly returned to victims he had shot but who had not yet perished and shot them again. More at this source. If that is not capital premeditated murder - nothing is. In fact, as I see it, he is evil incarnate.

As it stands now, I suppose families and other loved ones of the victims, as well as the surviving victims themselves, can only hope he will receive jailhouse justice while in prison.

Justice Involved Person!

How ridiculous can Californians, especially those in San Fransicko Francisco, get? They reportedly have changed the term "Convicted Felon" to "Justice Involved Person" (source) when they could have done justice by leaving it as convicted felon. After all, being called a convicted felon is the perfect definition for a person who has been convicted of a felony (and who subsequently has not been exonerated).

Of course, San Fransisco politicians could have renamed them as it says in the meme above; I am sure many citizens would agree with that sentiment.

Seriously though, the problem with calling a convicted felon a "Justice Involved Person" is that use of the term in such a manner seemingly pays absolutely no heed to any distinction between convicted felons and anyone else who has in any way shape or form been involved with the course of justice in this country. Have you ever been to traffic court to fight a ticket? Win or lose your case, you were involved with the justice system and therefore could easily be classified as a Justice Involved Person. Same goes for anything to do in civil court, criminal court or even merely something to do with a violation where you never even appeared in court; all of them involve you having been involved with our system of justice. Come to think of it, Justice Involved Person would necessarily include every law enforcement officer, court official (like judges, bailiffs, stenographers, etc...), corrections officer, witnesses, complainants and on down the line - anyone who has at all been involved in our system of justice.

The truly sad thing about this is now some other city or state may try to come up with something even more outlandish (NY comes to mind) since it seems, at least to me, one libturd berg or state tries to outdo the other on a perpetual basis in their quest to become the Libturd Utopia of the Looney Universe (LULU - and remember you read descriptive name and that acronym first here at Ballseyes Boomers).

Riddle Me This Batman...

...the dems want Trump impeached for obstruction of justice; so why is it they do not want to prosecute, in some way shape or form, Special Counsel Mueller. He reportedly knew that President Trump had been exonerated of anything to do with conspiring (collusion as they called it) with the Russians and supposedly knew it a year or so before closing the investigation. So, did Mueller obstruct justice being done by holding off on making public that determination for about a year. After all justice being done does not necessarily mean charging and convicting someone of a crime - it means being just and thus would also mean determining someone was not guilty as charged or even suspected instead of carrying on your investigation while the person still believes you are investigating him of the original charge. Of course, that could drive anyone nuts, especially when the person being investigated knew with certainty that he had not conspired, colluded, assisted or anything like that; yet, the government makes it appear as if he is still the target of that investigation!

Now with that said, think of a charge of entrapment against Mueller if President Trump is indeed impeached. President Trump would never have been pressured into saying half of the things he said, about it being a witch hunt and that the investigation should be toned down or that the investigation was this or that or asking for help in getting it over with, had Mueller spoken up sooner about him being innocent and no longer a suspect in that regard. Thus, if impeached, the government by way of Mueller continuing to make it appear as if an investigation against President Trump was ongoing, one that should have ceased and been announced in a timely fashion as completed with a finding of no criminal acts by the president, quite possibly trapped the president by way of making him think they were conspiring to frame him and thus making him speak out against the witch hunt et al. If they use anything he said, at least after the first year of the investigation, to impeach him - it is fruit of the poisonous tree and Mueller needs to be prosecuted himself - in my opinion.

An Extremely Painful Execution Would Be Way Too Merciful...

...for scum who wind up convicted of crimes like the acts reported in this article about a group of suspects who were arrested for allegedly planning to kidnap, sexually abuse and then kill a child. Not only were they arrested in relation to that alleged conspiracy but at least some of them were charged with other violations including sexual crimes against children.

The Six Police Officers Arrested In Baltimore Will Have Their Day In Court...

...and so it apparently should be in the case of Freddie Gray's death. I consider the injuries to and death of Mr. Gray as highly suspect at the hands of the 6 officers who have been charged so far, but they are innocent until proven guilty if ever so proven. Yet, to have charged all six of them, who were in some way involved, seems little more that a political hatchet job. Don't get me wrong, I think one or more likely guilty but all six? They have not been proven guilty although my guess is all six will be rail-roaded even if not guilty because of so called political correctness and any idea of them having a fair and just day in court has already all but been destroyed by the media hype, the riots and the obvious political agenda. Why do I think that way? Read more about that here and pay attention that not one of them has been accused of actually doing anything specific to Mr. Gray that would have caused his fatal injuries. It may come out later but it sure hasn't yet.

Anyway, the thing I want to know and that NOT ONE SOUL IN THE MEDIA OR BURAUCRACY (or even on the defense team) seems to have to wondered is what do the initial hospital reports have to say! If Mr. Gray came into the hospital with a severed spine - why have we not heard from the hospital on that or at least from investigators about it. As far fetched as it may seem - is it possible he arrived at the hospital in distress but without his cervical spine already having been partially severed and maybe an accident at the hospital caused such. I would like to at least hear that positively and absolutely ruled out before condemning the officers even though my bet right now is that at least one of them caused, directly or indirectly, the fatal injury to Mr. Gray.

However, it certainly would not be beyond the realm of possibility that the injury could have been sustained after he arrived at the hospital and then certainly would not be beyond imagining that hospital staff would try to cover it up. Note, I said not beyond the realm of possibility and made no mention of probability. Anyway, as I said - even cops so accused - whether guilty or not - get their day in court just like anyone accused of a heinous crime.

Sometimes The Police Get It So Right...

Ouch!
...that it appears there is still hope of things getting back to the way they should have been all along. Take for instance the reported police statement about a man attacking his uncle who was accused of raping the nephew's girlfriend. I am not talking about the nephew reportedly pummeling his uncle in order to quell the alleged rape. I am talking about, after the alleged rape, when the accused rapist was telling police that the sex had been consensual and the nephew reportedly attacked him again right then in front of the police. They said that the nephew was defending the victim at that point (source).

Blabbermouths Should Take a Look at a Different View Of The Legal System...

...that can be had if one looks to the legal systems of primarily Muslim countries such as Syria. Such a look can and should be quite enlightening as it applies to such things as our own rights and liberties, and even to how we view politics, and unity of purpose as a nation. See this article: Syria jails activist for D.C. meetings, at the Washington Times. The Syrian's brand of justice is fairly swift as compared to ours, and carries with it penalties much more heavy handed than our own. You have to admit that 12 years for talking to another government is pretty severe by our standards. Yet we have people in our country who constantly whine, and moan, about the unfair treatment of prisoners, the unduly long sentences that our justice system doles out to convicted felons, the deplorable conditions under which our prisoners are housed, and on, and on, and on.

Likewise, we also have people in this country who complain about everything else that they can complain about, which therefore is just about everything. It seems too that we have a lot of seemingly professional complainers whom we usually only hear when they are in fact complaining, and who complain incessantly. Among these, there are no shortage of those who devote themselves to never ending complaining about our government and how it functions. In this list I would include such people as: Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Mayor Bloomberg (of NYC), Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Congressman Murtha, Senator Kennedy, George Sorros, Senator Harry Reid, Cindy Sheehan. Yes these are primarily democrats or are otherwise very liberal. They continuously slam our government about one thing or another, and that is well and fine under our Constitution; I have no problem with them exercising freedom of speech. What I have a problem with is that they are so negative and anti-current administration over and over again and it causes disunity at a time we need to be unified; but that is just my opinion.

While they are slamming our government, while they are calling our government administration all the bad things they call them, while they protest the war in Iraq, and even in Afghanistan, while they try to slam the current administration at every turn, they had best remember they are Americans and can only do these things because we are all Americans under one Constitution. They need to remember that there are certain people in the world who would like to see our nation destroyed, and to see our people become of another belief system. These people, Bin-Laden, Chavez, Castro, Kim Jong-il and all of their followers would like to see us brought to our knees by whatever means possible. They realize that the mouthpieces of the ultra leftists are actually their allies in that they help to divide our country in a way by which it should not be divided. Yes we can have our differences, yes we can be opposed to policies of one side or another, yes we can speak out about it - but there too comes a time to stand united against a common enemy despite our differences - and this is what blabbermouths like Nancy Pelosi on her trips to places like Syria seem to be missing. Could you imagine the sentence Syria would have handed down to her had she been from Syria. Instead the Syrians cleverly use her foolish readiness to blab against our current administration, while not allowing such for their own citizens. Thereby they accomplish keeping us in a state of disunity, and will always gladly use people like Pelosi to their own advantage; and this seems to be beyond her intellectual grasp.

So instead of trying to bring down one side or another of your own government, would it not make much more sense toward self preservation if we instead tried to work with that other side to fight a common enemy - one that has the destruction of America and our way of life as its primary objective. It is not an impossible task, it has been done over and over again throughout history, and it can be done again, right now. Even the little guy, on either political side, can do something to make sure we stand as a unified nation against our enemies. One of the first things you can do is to write to your politicians and tell them to stop the bullshit in Congress and the Senate, and tell them that instead of trying to bring down Bush, why not try to bring down our enemies. If they don't like the war, so be it, but then if they want the war to end, what is their solution to those who would do us harm. When they can give us that, and show us that it will work better than the war, then I will be in their corner urging them on in a unified effort to stop our enemies. Until that time though, I stand against those who would keep on bitching, moaning, whining, and complaining that we should not be using terms like: The Global War on Terrorism; and I support our current administration when in fact we are fighting a real global war against terrorism, and our president is leading the charge against they who would destroy us and our allies.
