He believes that compulsory Arabic language lessons for all Germans would make them better understand Germany's 1.5 million new Muslim refugees invaders.

Should it not be the other way around? Should it not be that the Muslims should be learning how to speak German and assimilating into German culture. Whatever happened to the ideal of: When in Rome, do as the Romans do"! If compulsory Arab language classes become law in Germany, Germany will have been lost and no longer be worthy of being called anything other than what the Islamists wish to rename it, as has been customary throughout the history of their long line of conquests.
