What Drives A Man To Do This?

Truthfully, I hope I never find out. Most assuredly, I never will find out - at least not by way of first hand experience.

 

 

I realize it's not restricted to being a Walmart thing but wonder if this kind of behavior is solely found within the USA. I suppose not, weirdoes seem to be on the loose everywhere today. Then again, maybe it was a Halloween costume (or would it be Halloweeny).
