My Thoughts For The Day On TSA And Islamic Terrorism

A friend of mine sent me this in an email:

"I  took down my Rebel flag (which you can't buy on eBay any more), tossed the 'Don't Tread on Me' flag and peeled the NRA sticker off the front door.  I gave the pit bull to my mother-in-law and stored my AK-47.  I disconnected my home alarm system and quit the candy-ass Neighborhood Watch.

 

Instead  of all that silly stuff I bought two Pakistani flags and put one at each corner of the front yard.  Then I purchased the black flag of ISIS (which you CAN buy on eBay) and ran it up the flag pole.  Now, the local police, sheriff, FBI, CIA, NSA, Homeland Security, Secret Service and other agencies are all watching my house 24/7.  I've NEVER felt safer and I'm saving $69.95 a month that ADT used to charge  me.

Plus, I bought burkas for my family.  When we shop or travel, everyone moves out of the way and security can't pat us down.

Hot Dang! Safe at last!  Is America getting  greater every day or what?"

I read that and immediately had this thought:

Wouldn't it be excellent if we could start a movement that would get people to show up, on just one selected heavy travel day, at US airports dressed in burkas. Even if only 10% of them showed up, I am betting the TSA might get the message to change their practices to those that make sense. If more than say 25% of travelers showed up dressed like that, airport security would be changed to a practical working model within a month maybe even within a week.

I then had a second thought and liked it better than the first:

Would it not be much better if we could get Americans of every extraction, other than Muslim, to show up at prayer services in mosques across our country on a selected date. Just imagine 20 or 30 Americans of various ethnicity, just not Muslims, suddenly removing their burkas in a mosque and all of them being burly mean motherfucking men - and that happening in several mosques in each state concurrently. Islamists would be shitting themselves wondering who was among them and when we would be attacking them instead of them attacking us.

Recent Events Are Troubling

Both the police shootings of suspects and of course the assassinations of 5 Dallas Police Department officers are quite disturbing. They are disturbing to me but not necessarily for the reasons you may think them disturbing. Most of all though, I am disturbed by the apparent fact that the Dallas Police Department has appointed itself as executioner. In my 32 plus year career of federal law enforcement, I was taught and taught others, that when you use deadly force against an assailant, you do so until the threat has stopped. You did not use deadly force to kill but to stop; however if the death of the suspect resulted as a use of that force - tough shit for the suspect. Even though it could result in death, the use of deadly force by law enforcement always held the implication that the amount of force used was not overkill and allowed for some possibility that the bad guy might survive except in situations where you might be forced to use overwhelming force to stop him/her.

What the Dallas Police Department did though, as it seems to me right now, was prepared to use absolute deadly force on a suspect once they determined (without any oversight at all by a court or other agency) that executing the suspect was the thing to do. It is apparent that, in all likelihood, they had planned to use C4 (an extremely powerful explosive) and a robotic delivery and detonation system before the shootout in Dallas took place. How can I know this? Let's face it folks, the shootout did not commence and then suddenly, on their doorstep appeared, by mere chance, a supply of C4 along with a robot capable of delivering the C4 and already set up to detonate it. No, I think they must have planned for that well in advance of this incident and they were ready to use it, to become judge, jury and executioner at their whim.

Now you may think, wait a minute you just said there are exceptions and if the police were forced to resort to overwhelming force then so be it. Yes that is what I said but the difference in Dallas was that the police were not forced to do so, they chose to do so and made a decision that they would do so before this incident ever took place and that is why they had the robot with the C4 ready beforehand. You don't really believe they brought all that together at the last minute during a shootout do you? I sure don't.

I am no lily-livered pansy when it comes to using deadly force against bad guys. I have done it myself more than once. I just cannot fathom how anyone could condone the police taking it upon themselves to use an amount of force that not was probably guaranteed to kill a bad guy but that also had the potential to kill other innocents in the area by way of reckless abandon. That is exactly what I believe they did right now and I leave it to them to prove to me that I am wrong (which they my well do - who knows). At this moment though, I am fearful, very much so, that this will become a new trend among law enforcement - using bombs and other methods of overkill to execute bad guys while at the same time unnecessarily jeopardizing innocents.

Shit - Just When I Was Thinking Of Taking A 4-5 Day Weekend...

...I found out, this afternoon, that my job needs me to work Monday and Tuesday of next week. I am working tomorrow too but was planning on going to my brother-in-law's place upstate tomorrow night through Tuesday or Wednesday. That has now fallen by the wayside. Maybe next weekend will work out better for me doing that but right now, as things stand, I surely cannot turn down the money and opt for a good time instead.

It Is A Disturbing Shooting Because...

...the girlfriend of the man shot dead by police in Falcon Heights, Saint Paul, Minnesota yesterday keeps saying the police officer shot her boyfriend to death for no reason. She says it calmly and thus is very believable after such an incident.

The thing is though, just after 2:02 of this video, she gives what was probably the reason that officer shot the man. I am not defending the officer, just saying what may have happened based on one thing she says in the video and believe me what she says in the video keeps changing. What she in essence says, starting at 2:02 of the video, is the officer asked her boyfriend for ID, her boyfriend then told the officer he was armed and licensed to carry as, or just before, he reached for his wallet to get his ID. According to the woman, the officer then told the man not to move, and the man then started to raise his hands.

If looked at objectively, without bullshit calls of racism or police brutality, based on the facts so far, this looks as if it may have been a justifiable shooting because the officer may well have feared for his life thinking the guy was drawing his pistol after he told the man not to move. Watch the video and pay attention to the audio (which right now is of importance at 2:02 of the video but may change as the video is edited by the media) because she says he raised his hands when the officer told him 'don't move' and that movement came right after he told the officer he was armed.

Of course, the dash cam may tell another story because it is quite possible the woman was confused due to the stress she surely was undergoing at the time no matter how calm she seemed.

Anyway, let me say this:

Folks, when a uniformed cop stops you and tells you not to move, it is best to do as he says, especially if you tell the cop you are armed. If he asks for a license, ask him if it okay to move to get it before actually doing so. It may save your life because for all you know he could be saying he is stopping you for a busted taillight but may really be stopping you because you fit the description of a murder suspect.

Barring A Trump Victory That Is Followed By...

...some vastly different politics than we have experienced during the past three presidencies (Obama, Bush and Clinton), I fear that nothing less than a bloody revolution will ever bring the United States of America back in line with the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution and the Bill of Rights, let alone with a free America that is indivisible (under god or not) and that has liberty and justice for all. Even a Trump victory may lead to revolution unless he comes in line with the wishes of the majority of Americans as in U.S. Citizens. I dread the day if it begins but am almost certain it is coming if Trump does not win and am fearful that may not be enough. Certainly though, the other one coming out as the winner would almost definitely lead us down that path. 

Most will not fight but some few of us, percentagewise among the population, are sure to lose their lives defending what was America and what it once again may become. Right now, we are far from it and are sinking faster and faster to depths from which we may never recover to breathe the cry of freedom again. If that witch Hillary Clinton is elected, and it seems likely in as much as she is Teflon coated as far as enforcement of the so called law of the land goes, we are doomed to tyranny and injustice for the duration of her term and beyond. There almost definitely will be no coming back, to our rights, liberties and freedom, short of a revolution if she becomes president. If it comes to pass that a revolution is upon us, I pray that the citizenry, justice and freedom reign supreme as the outcome.

Had I Ever Done 1/10th of One Percent Of What Clinto Did...

...during my 32 years of government service as a federal agent and law enforcement officer, I would have been investigated, probably arrested, probably convicted, definitely fired and assuredly never again been able to obtain a security clearance for federal employment. Yet, this bitch is running for the presidency and if she wins, she will have access to the most secure of government intelligence and information. The security of our nation, for which she seemingly has little to no regard, will depend on her. Folks we are in the worst way I have ever seen this country; worse by far than when George W. Bush was president, worse than under Carter and probably about to be worse than having Obama in the White House.

I am not a religious man, not by a long shot but I have to pray that if there is a God, a Force, A Supreme Power, a Mother Nature, a Divine Being or whatever - that it help us now in this dark hour. What was it, just a few days ago that Bill Clinton's plane miraculously and coincidentally landed right next to Attorney General Loretta Lynch's plane in Phoenix and that suddenly (as I heard reported) the FBI or maybe it was the SS (Secret Service not the other SS) had reporters stop filming, ordered all cameras and audio recorders shut off, ordered everyone except the AG off of the Attorney General's plane and further access was denied to the AG's plane for all except herself and Clinton for a secret meeting! Now today we wind up with this.

Yes, I know that Lynch claimed they talked about their grandchildren and golf and nothing else, especially not anything to do with the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton. I also know that Lynch said it looked bad and she would never do something like that again like as if saying 'oh shame on me for being so foolish but nothing to worry about but this time I got away with it'. I also know she then swore she would not, repeat WOULD NOT, in any manner shape of form influence the FBI investigation and suddenly, just days after her meeting with Billy boy, Hillary Clinton is exonerated by the FBI of all criminal wrong doing!

Maybe you believe the Attorney General and all she said about it but then I suppose you believe in the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, The Tooth Fairy, Hobbits and that Hitler was a sweetheart. Me, I am jut a bit cynical as to anything anyone involved in this has to say about it, especially the Attorney General, Bill Clinton or the politically appointed head of the FBI. I think Loretta Lynch is lying out of her ass while sticking that ass in America's face. She, I think, is absolutely useless as Attorney General and her uselessness is only surpassed by that of the FBI director and Obama.

Free Shooting Lessons Offered Again

I guess it could use repeating as I have not posted it anywhere in all too long:

I offer free shooting lessons to those adults seeking legal firearms instruction and who can legally possess the firearms and ammo with which they want to shoot.

I am and always have been very open as to whom I would be willing to teach with certain reservations. So, bear in mind I reserve the right to tell you to go fuck yourself and tell you to seek instruction elsewhere for any reason whatsoever. Those reasons could include things like me merely not liking you. They also could include the fact that you creep me out for whatever cause such as I think you are up to no good. For example, if you show up wearing a T-shirt that says 'Death To All Jews', or an 'I Love Hillary' button, or wearing a shirt emblazoned with an image of Stalin, Hitler, Mao or Che, or in any way indicate that America sucks, or I see your Facebook page or other social media contains seemingly whacko ideas of your own, or you show up and hold an argument with yourself in front of me, or creep me out in any way for any reason (valid or not), then you can just forget about it.

On the other hand, if you are of sound enough body and mind (in my opinion) and a liberal, conservative, libertarian, moderate of any of those parties, of any faith (and not an extremist) who allows for others to celebrate their own faith or lack of it, an atheist or agnostic who believes in freedom of religion, a male, a female, a hermaphrodite, a black or brown or white or red or yellow skinned person (or any other color) and want to learn to shoot responsibly and safely then see my profile and click my email link to contact me if interested in free lessons.

You may have noticed I did not mention LGBT folks above. I am not one of those overnight wonders, who suddenly after the terrorism at the gay bar in Orlando have become willing to teach LGBT shooters. In fact, I did not at all mention sexual preference and that is because I do not give a shit about yours and I do not want to know yours. If you show up and start telling me how wonderful it is love someone of your own or the other gender or while wearing outrageous and inappropriate clothing for a range day, forget about it because these are supposed to be firearms lessons not sex education nor sexual preference in everyone else's face day. They simply are not a manner by which to express your sexuality, so don't come for firearms lessons and expect to do so dressed looking and acting like you are on a certain cross-dresser's glamour show. 

I don't care about your preferences and they have no place in this type of instruction; they never have. As I said though, I welcome all (with reservations like those mentioned) as long as you are there to learn and are serious about it. So, as always with me, you are welcome regardless of sexual preference as long as you are not a pedophile or other type of sexual predator. The same goes for political agendas, religious views and so on; don't ask to get free firearms instructions from me and then show up expressing anything but a serious and dedicated interest to learning how to shoot. In addition, if it is in any way illegal for you to possess firearms or ammo - forget about it.

If you do want to come here are what you can expect. I give free firearms instruction to new shooters or those new enough who want to improve their shooting. Don't show up expecting sniper school, this will be the basics and a bit beyond. Also, don't show up expecting this to be akin to receiving welfare; I do not pay anything toward you learning how to shoot. Although I can supply certain rifles and shotguns (no handguns in NY state), you should supply your own rifle or shotgun if at all possible. I strongly recommend a bolt action rifle in 22 Long Rifle caliber for beginners. If you want to learn handgun, you must have a pistol license if in NY and you must have your own handgun. I do not supply free ammunition, ammo prices over recent years have made that cost prohibitive for me; bring your own ammo and make sure it is the right caliber for your gun. I also do not supply free targets or range time. You pay for your range fees, I will pay for mine (or let you pay for them if you want) and you bring your own targets or get them at the range.

Expect at least 15 to 30 minutes of oral instruction before you even touch a gun if being instructed by me. You will have to exhibit a decent understanding of firearms safety before I allow you to handle a firearm while I am instructing you. Safety is of the utmost importance, you may be willing to shoot yourself in the foot but I am not willing to be shot by you or anyone (and others at the range will feel likewise). If I deem you unsafe the lesson will be terminated immediately. There are outdoor and indoor ranges available within an hour of my location (Nassau County, NY) that we can use but I would much prefer an indoor range. I can, in some very limited instances, travel outside of NY to give free firearms instructions; ask me about that in an email to me.

How I Wish I Lived In A Pro-Gun Rights State

I have put in several job applications over the past few days. As I said in an earlier post I cannot stand my current job because it entails assisting essentially illegal aliens whom the Obummer Administration has made legal without proper vetting. Anyway, no replies to my applications yet, I suppose most though would come, if they do at all, after the Independence Day weekend.

The jobs I have put in for are nothing special. I have few special skills that are useful in the workforce except in law enforcement. of course, I have one skill at which I believe I am pretty darned good, one that I could use in a gun free state to help me find employment and that is the fact that I have been a certified firearms instructor for many years. Here in NY though, while not impossible to find employment that requires those skills, it is almost so. Heck, I cannot even instruct folks how to shoot a pistol here unless they have a pistol license and own their own handgun. NY considers it illegal for me to hand my pistol over to another adult to let them shoot it. The insanity an the paranoia of the anti-gun leftists in NY is amazing. Thus, I will likely settle for a job that is not necessarily one I will like.

Maybe KKK Guy Was Right - Wake Up White America

Did you ever listen to radio personality Howard Stern? Years ago (and maybe more recently but I cannot say as I no longer listen to his show), he had on a guy now and again who was supposedly a member of the KKK. His name was Daniel Carver. As far as I was concerned, he was either a truly racist KKK .ember or just another kook trying to get his 15 minutes of fame or he was both.

Mr. Carter's favorite saying seemed to be: "Wakeup, white people" or something close to that. He warned white Americans about how they were or would be the targets of other races and of those of religions other than Christianity.

He may have been a kook and a racist but apparently he wound up being correct at least to some extent. ISIS has put out a call to Islamic terrorists to target white people within the USA (source) so that their acts of terror will be taken as terrorism and not confused by the Obama administration as hate crimes as was the recent Islamic Terrorism in Orlando.

No, I am not saying I support Mr. Carver or the KKK (I find the KKK despicable) just that maybe his warning was right in this regard.

How Could Any Loyal American Citizen Vote For Clinton...

...in good conscience knowing that in order to protect her personal email, she apparently totally disregarded the security of the State Department's Email System, and thus showed a personally motivated disregard for our National Security, by having all of the State Departmrnt's email security features turned off to accommodate her private email server. If it was up to me, she would have been arrested long before this latest disclosure.

Shame Will Have Me Seeking New Employment

Every now and then I think I should find another job. I have a part time, on call, security guard job. I work in offices that do work for USCIS. I do not actually work for USCIS, or even the company that does the work for USIS, I work for a contractor who supplies security guards to them. It rubs me the wrong way that I see people virtually every day I am at work whom I believe do not merit being in this country with any kind of legal status. Sure, many of the folks I deal with are hard working legal immigrants who came here to live the American dream. Others are asylum cases who came here to escape the persecution in their countries. Some asylum cases, no doubt in my mind, are folks who came here illegally and then claimed political asylum just to stay here to work the system to their benefit. I also would venture a guess that some I have seen are here to try to destroy America, terrorist types or sympathizers. Let me make it clear, that is the gut feeling I get from just a very few of them, could be wrong could be right, who knows. As I said, most are here for the American Dream and I can live with that and even encourage it to some degree. The other stuff gets under my skin and then there is DHS and the agencies within it that really make me ashamed.

As you may know already, I retired from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) which used to be known as the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Investigations. They decided on a name change when ICE overall started to get really bad publicity several years ago. The bad publicity has not stopped and each time I hear and read more of it, I shudder to think I worked for that outfit of misfits. Well, let me make that clear, many if not most of the special agents were above board but the mid to upper management was horrendous and obviously a bunch of political arse kissers onboard, I think, only to push Obama's Islamization of America.

While I worked there, up until the most recent surveys, DHS got the worst scores in annual morale surveys and ICE scored worst out of all the agencies under DHS, (and HSI is still technically part of ICE) . It sucked working there and apparently still does. HSI and ICE were born out of DHS which was the cluster fuck knee jerk reaction of the Bush administration that has been perpetrated, even expanded under Obama and it just keeps getting worse under the current administration. That I worked there was by mandate not so much choice, who knew it would become the cluster fuck it has turned into. Having been a career agent and near retirement I slugged it out until I was ready to retire. I was pretty much too old to transfer to another agency, they wanted younger guys. So I suffered through it. How I wish my retirement credentials said I retired from the now defunct U.S. Customs Service Office of Investigations but they say DHS and HSI (and one says ICE). Customs was top notch.

I am happy I left but am ashamed when I hear of each new screw-up committed by  DHS, ICE and any other agencies under DHS or ICE. DHS is the most clueless department and ICE the worst agency I have witnessed in the government. From TSA searching babies, to ICE failing to deport criminal who then wind up killing citizens, to their agents losing their guns and then the guns being used in murders they are bad. Another agency, under DHS, evidently all too capable of only screwing-up seems to be USCIS. You may recall that after the shootings in San Bernardino, ICE agents went to a USCIS office to grab ahold of the man who allegedly supplied the weapons to the terrorists who were the San Bernardino shooters; he had an appointment scheduled at the USCIS office that day. The USCIS boss allegedly refused to allow entry of five armed ICE (probably HSI) agents into the offices for well over an half an hour by making them wait for her. She also allegedly lied to agents of the Inspector General's office when what she did was investigated. Well, this evening, I just read that she has been nominated to receive an award for valor but the government will not disclose why. I have to wonder, does Obama consider her conduct courageous because she delayed an investigation of a conspirator of Muslim terrorists!  It would not surprise me.

Regardless of why she has been nominated, in my opinion she does not deserve it no matter what she may have done to be nominated. Hell, an Inspector General's report found she acted both improperly by delaying the agents (the suspect did not keep his appointment but had he, he may have eluded agents because of the delay). The report also supposedly found shed lied to Inspector General's investigators. For all of my 32 years plus in government service there were two things that almost certainly would get you fired. One was stealing government funds and the other was lying to investigators who were investigating your conduct. Lying was the one more likely to assure your termination. Yet, this woman still works in a high level position for USCIS and has been nominated for one of the agency's highest awards. It truly shame me to admit to folks I work for a company who is contracted by USCIS.

So, this weekend, I will be looking for a new job. No, I am not quitting immediately. Let's face it, I need money like the rest of us, I have a family to support, but I will be looking for a new job and doing so in earnest.

AG - We May never Know Orlando Shooter's Motive

Attorney General Loretta Lynch has been reported to have said we may never know the motivation for the shootings in Orlando. She was never an idiot like that whenshe was an AUSA NY. So I have to ask, what type Kool-Aid given her to drink and what the fuck is wrong with her and with all the others in the Obama administration. Why can they not face facts!

The shooter avowed his support for ISIS. What more motive do you need and if you do need more of a motive why need more other than it was obviously an act of terror targeting a group detested by Muslims and that group is homosexuals. You can bet that the wicked witch of Little Rock thinks likewise. Just one more reason to vote for Trump, at least he acknowledges the reality of why this guy did it.

Darned Gun Forum Glitches

A firearms forum that I visit regularly has been having a problem when a user tries to leave feedback, what they call a trader rating, for another user with whom each other were involved in a firearms related transaction via their site. In fact, hey have been having that problem for over 7 months now without being able to resolve it. What happens is that when you plug in the required URL for the sale or trade, on which to leave feedback, the system tell you that you are not leaving a valid URL. Back in April, I played around with it and was able to leave feedback for a buyer but when I tried to remember how I did that today, I was stumped. After about what I am guessing was realistically an hour or so, I figured out what to do to get the system to accept my feedback on a seller from who I bought a shotgun. The actual sale URL is in one format but in the trader rating area, the page shows a completely different format for the sale URL. So, I took the identifying numbers from the actually sale URL and plugged them into the example URL along with a couple or few other changes and after a couple of few tries, it worked.

I am guessing that one reason the feedback feature is not working with the actual sale URL is because if you type that URL into a forum post, it gets converted to a link made of words and does not show the actual sale URL. I figure the feedback system is doing likewise to I and thus it shows an error when input in the original format. For some reason though, when typed in the edited format based on the example they show, that URL does not get converted to words if typed into a post. I am no computer guy and may not be right about that last thing, regardless of that, I figured out how to leave feedback.

...all too often boils down to things being politically motivated and trying to appease certain blocks of voters instead of just telling the outright truth. For example, Islamic Terrorism and an Islamic Terrorist are responsible for the shootings in Orlando. (Note there is a period after that sentence, as if saying that's it folks.)

When Politicians Lie To The Citizens...

...of this country in order to push their political agenda, it should be law that they are immediately removed from office. Of course, a law like that will never pass because it is the politicians who would have to legislate it. Imagine though, a world in which politicians were held accountable for the trash that spews out of their mouths and their lies to us. Take for instance the total arsehat who said that an AR-15 (a semi-automatic rifle that is not in reality an assault rifle) can shoot 700 rounds per minute (source). It is absurd to think that, let alone to say so to push a political agenda at a time of grief like now. I guess though, that is what politics has become, a competition to see who can pass the most bullshit onto the public while not letting a tragedy go to waste and then gain that very same grief stricken public's support because they were bullshitted at a time of vulnerability.

Also try to imagine a world in which someone running for office would be removed from office immediately upon showing he lied during his campaign. We might be able to do away with politicians completely if such a law was enacted; I mean which one of them has not been full of crap while making campaign promises they never intended to keep. If only I could find a politician to sponsor such a bill!

Many voters are very unhappy about the prospect of having either Clinton or Trump in the White House. Many of them plan to vote third party for Gary Johnson. Except for Johnson's pick for his VP running mate (one of the most terrible VP choices I could imagine), it might be nice to have Johnson in the Oval Office. He probably would be much better than Trump or Clinton; however there is a catch. If you vote for him you assure that Clinton will win the election. I am completely ...convinced that is what will happen if you cast your vote for any third party politician. Voting for him will take many more votes away from Trump than from Clinton based on the issues he supports.

How is it that I can be so convinced? Well, I speak from experience; the worst vote I ever made was for a third party candidate and it (and similar votes from many others) resulted in another Clinton being elected. While not so many years ago, it may have been long enough ago that you may need a reminder or to be made aware of it altogether. It certainly has been long enough ago for some to have forgotten and for younger voters to have never heard of that disaster in American elections.
