Tried A New Dish On The BBQ This Evening...

...it was extremely tasty, a lot like pork but a bit sweeter meat. Very tender if you take care to cook it slowly. The fresher the meat the better. 

It's called Chicken Cat-ciatore. Yummy, in fact so yummy,  allow me to tell the PETAphiles to go screw themselves before they start hemorrhaging from the ears over it and complaining about it to the government.
