They are having a DDOS attack. I've had the same thing happen from work, back before the first of this year when I still worked. Not PSA, but PJ Media did kick me out a couple of times on my employer's system.
I'm not enough of an Internet Guru to know exactly what sets the banning off, but it's only going to occur if they have bad things happening on their end.
Grin and wait a day or so for it to blow over. If PSA is taking flack, they are someone's target, and anyone who targets someone like PSA is not my friend. Don't let the crapheads drive you away.

happened to me Too. ive bought so much from PSA and im on their website almost daily ive built atleast 5 ars and they pull this stunt.

Shame on me indeed, I have a reloading kit but have not used it even once in the few to several years I have owned it.
