...for scum who wind up convicted of crimes like the acts reported in this article about a group of suspects who were arrested for allegedly planning to kidnap, sexually abuse and then kill a child. Not only were they arrested in relation to that alleged conspiracy but at least some of them were charged with other violations including sexual crimes against children.

Simple hang them by their testicles with piano wire. Have them stand on a stool that slowly retracts into the floor they can get it over quick if they jump off the stool or slowly by standing on the stool as it retracts
