Two trains have collided head-on in Bavaria, Germany; several people have been killed and scores injured. Very shortly after the collision the German Transport minister reportedly said:
"We need to determine immediately whether it was a technical problem or a human mistake,". (Source.)
Now maybe he wasn't thinking of all the possibilities but I would bet anyone can imagine more possible causes than just two of either human error or mechanical failure. Then again, maybe he is making a sneaky leftist type of an effort to rule out terrorism across the board because he does not want to chance offending Germany's newest freeloaders. Of course, it could have also been the media leaving off some of his statement.
My guess though is that he is a leftist arsehat of a bureaucrat, and he is singing his government's song and that song does not include any lines about possible terrorism so as to keep the so called refugees appeased. Let's face it, Germany apparently is too afraid to ire Muslim refugees by even breeching the possibility it was terrorism.
Note, I am not saying anyone should jump to conclusions. My point is the exact opposite. I believe all avenues of the investigation should remain open until prove to be dead ends and also believe the German Transport Minister should think likewise..
Anyway, terrorism or technical problems or human error, however it turns out, I am keeping the victims in my thoughts and well wishes - with a hope for complete and speedy recovery to those who were injured.
All the best,
Glenn B
