...because it could not possibly be right since Mayorkas and Biden claim the border is secure. So how could someone who is on a terror watch list cross it illegally (more at the source)! Yep, he got caught but he was in country and could have just as likely eluded captute. How many other enemies of the USA have crossed illegally and gotten away!
