No the Devil isn't winning. The Bible says for a time he has the earth but that time is drawing to an end...and wow things are quickly devolving. He knows his time is ending and wishes as much death and destruction as possible. Btw-look at how much that was taboo 20 years ago is now mainstream. Each year things break down quicker.
