...Putin is probably not playing a violin but may be celebrating his recent electoral victory. One has to wonder if the apparent terrorist attack today, on a concert venue killing 40, wounding up to 100 (as per reports so far) and starting a massive fire, was due to Putin having won reelection. Then again it could have been due to the war with Ukraine, citizen unrest, an outright revolution commencing or whatever. Who knows! My guess though is it will be revealed sooner or later that the attackers were Muslims from one country or another, they have a history of such mass killing attacks in Moscow. Correct, the paymasters and quartermasters of ISIS.
ISIS even works side by side with US Troops in Syria.

Islamists and Isis need no motivation to wage terror attacks. It's inherent in their pseudoreligion. But yes....the CIA or others may possibly be complicit in this. It seems they at least knew something was brewing as the State Department issued a warning two weeks ago about possible impending terror attacks in Moscow. So including the CIA et.al in this is not an unreasonable thought.
The conspiracy theories astound me. Regardless, I am fairly certain that, the US will be the target of a major terrorist attack within the next six months if not sooner. I don't think they will wait for the elections to pass what with the possibility of The Donald again becoming president because I believe it likely they are fearful of the massive retaliation he would bring upon them as opposed to anything the lame arsehat we have as president now might do in return.
many of the theories have been proven correct lately. on this one, how did cia know a fortnight ago and why didn't they warn the russians? next they'll tell us putin blames us, we'll get hit with something they can trace back to russia even tho its decades old obsolete from who knows where. then they'll tell us we MUST retaliate, as they close the doors of their bunkers. i just hope puteytangs missiles are accurate, and hit dc first so i can die knowing it is no more.
Major Terrorist attacks in America? Shocking. Like has ISIS actually ever attacked American assets? ONE time they did and the drone strikes on the leadership involved seems to put paid to that.
Now maybe after all we're flying in everybody else, why not?

Reportedly, we did warn the Russians and they disbelieved it. In fact they have blamed us as least partially as as per a report I read.
