It may be quite possible now that Obama will be naming a new Supreme Court Justice to replace Justice Antonin Scalia.
I tremble at the thought but the current NIC will in all likelihood appoint an uber liberal to replace him and without a doubt leftist decisions in the Supreme Court will be curtailing our rights more than any executive actions by Obama. A few major rights being curtailed or even stricken from the Constitution would be more than enough t spark a revolution as we stand right now.
