...or at least yesterday afternoon. That was when NYPD officers reportedly arrested a man who was acting erratically and carrying matches and a can containing what smelled like gasoline. He was also reportedly carrying a book - Son Of Hamas. He was nearby to the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center according to this report.
