A friend of mine sent me an email with a link to this video today. It is a collection of still shots from the New York City Veterans' Day Parade in November 2010. The photos were taken by a former Marine and retired NYC Transit Police Detective. He notes, on YouTube, that it made him shed some tears once he saw his finished work. I shed one or two myself, watch and tell me - did you too! Make sure to have the sound turned on.

Well it is so freezing cold here on the farm, that my tears are frozen on my cheeks. What an incredible tribute. I have so much passion for these men and women, esp, the older ones still so proudly boldly wearing their uniforms!
